I worked with Jean at DEP. While we were not in the same office, we met semi-annually in State College. We spent many happy-hours chatting. I can tell you she was proud of her children and so excited to become a grandmother! She was so happy to find love again after the huge loss of her husband. I will miss sharing stories and laughs with her.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Mom and I are so sorry for your loss. Willow moved into our neighborhood some time ago, and we couldn't wish for a nicer neighbor. She loved planting all new flowers and shrubs. You could just tell, Willow loved her new house. When I played music outside I would always ask her if it was to loud. She would say "play it louder ". We would talk about how to keep the deer from eating our plants. We are so shocked. I wish I had the energy she had. We are going to miss her. MONET'S GARDEN TABLE BASKET was sent by Cousin Joe DeAngelo.

Jean is a beautiful soul. Although I hadn't seen her in years, we kept in touch online. Her love of science, her kind open nature, and her grounding peace will always be a joy to my soul. Happy Trails Jean 'Willow'. You are missed, but your influence is unstoppable.

I have had the priviledge of working with Jean on many issues and so enjoyed our interactions. Jean was tough, smart, and kind. And stubborn in the best way. I will miss Jean and so will everyone else in the Bureau of Air Quality who has worked with her. My deepest and sincerest condolences to her family at this difficult time.
