Carl G. Ruschel

Carl G. Ruschel, 82, of West Pittston, entered into eternal rest on Sunday November 17, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Pittston, he was the son of the late Carl R. and Helen Connell Ruschel.

Carl was a member of Corpus Christi Parish at Immaculate Conception Church, West Pittston and was a graduate of Pittston High School.

Prior to his retirement, he had worked as a deli manager for the Giant Food Stores and them at the UFCW Federal Credit Union.

He was preceded in death by his sister Jean Ruschel Dougherty.

Surviving are his wife of 61 years, the former Beverly Roxby Ruschel and sons Carl J. West Pittston and Thomas, Pittsburgh, grandsons Logan, Sean and Christian and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial Mass will take place at a later date.
