Edward J. Wodnicki

Edward J. Wodnicki, 82, of West Pittston, passed away on March 11, 2024 at his home.

Born in Carbondale, he was the son of the late John and Nellie Jaskowiec Wodnicki.

Edward graduated from Mayfield High School and then served his country in the United States Marines. He retired from Suckle Corp. as a welder.

Ed served as a Eucharist minister and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by his brother Carl. and great niece Madison

Surviving are his sister Lorraine Rusek, Greenfield Twp, Pa. a niece, Diane ( Gerald) Rusek, Kingsley, niece Cynthia Harvey ( CJ Lynady) great niece Camdyn Rusek and great nephew Gerald, III Rusek and friend Mary Jo Anzalone. 

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on  Friday March 15th at 10am at St. Barbara Parish in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 224 Memorial St., Exeter

Friends may call from 9am until time of mass.

Private interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.
