Florence B. Coolbaugh, 88, of Harding, passed away on Wednesday May 1, 2024 at the Allied Services Hospice, Meade St. Wilkes-Barre with her family by her side.
Born in Noxen, she was the daughter of the late Bruce and Beatrice Miller Sutliff.
She was a devoted member of the Wyoming United Presbyterian Church.
Preceding her in death were her siblings, Lucille Blizzard, Hazel Granda, Marion Ottensman, Leland and Lawrence Sutliff. She has one surviving sister, Jewel Malloy, Wilkes-Barre.
Surviving are her husband of 57 years, John E. Coolbaugh, and children, Julie (Doug) Cooper, Christine (Paul) Fazio, Plains, John E. Coolbaugh, Jr., Tunkhannock, and Bruce W. (Meagan) Coolbaugh, Factoryville and stepson, Sam (Debra) Noone.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday from 5-7pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
Funeral services will be on Monday at 10am at the funeral home with the Rev. Martha Jordan, pastor of the Wyoming United Presbyterian Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Memorial Shrine Burial Park, Carverton.
