Frances A. (Ryzner) Tompkins

Frances A. Tompkins, 88, passed away on December 25, 2025 while she was a guest at the River Street Manor, WIlkes-Barre.

Born in Duryea, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Cecilia Gregorick Ryzner.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Tompkins and a sister Theresa Luder.

Surviving are her nieces: Sandra and Gary Hanczyc, Harding, Doreen Luder, Wilkes-Barre, and Christine and Robert Atwell, Pennsdale, great nieces and great nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian burial  on Monday January 5, 2026 at 10 am at Nativity of Our Lord Parish in Holy Rosary Church, 125 Stephenson St., Duryea.

 Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
