Gerard W. McCrea

Gerard W. McCrea, 55, of Hughestown, passed away on November 29, 2020 at his home.

Born in Belleville, N.J., he was the son of the late James E. and Claire Martin McCrea.

Gerard was a career  U.S. Air Force Veteran having served his country in the Afghanistan War  as a Technical Sergeant. He was honorably discharged due to disability.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, the former  Aileen Flores, a brother Mark McCrea, Pittston and sisters Susan Barletta, Clarks Summitt,, Marie McIntosh, Nutley, NJ and Lori Loreto, Pittston

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were a brother James A. McCrea.

Due to the current health crisis, services are private and will be held at a later date.
