Jeanette M. (Pendolphi) Gich

Jeanette M. Gich, 91, formerly of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on Thursday August 24, 2023 at the Highland Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, Exeter.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was the youngest of 13 born to Riccardo and Ursalina Dominick Pendolphi.

She was a graduate of Plains High School and the Bradford Beauty Academy in 1964. Jeanette had worked as a hairdresser and later on in the garment industry, where she belonged to the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.

Preceding her in death were her husband Dr. John Gich in 2002 and siblings, Liveo, Paul, Raymond, and Frank Pendolphi and Anna Sipple, Valia Pendolphi, Daisy Charney, Nancy Rutkowski, Tina Stella, Lena Pastorelli and Olga ( Penny) Lotzi.

Surviving are her son Jack ( Karen) Williams, Wilkes-Barre and grandchildren, Eric and Kyle.

A Mass of Christian burial will be scheduled at a later date.
