John H. Stout, 80, formerly of Exeter, died on Tuesday June 20, 2023 at the United Methodist Homes, Wesley Village Campus, Jenkins Twp.
Born in Pittston, he was the son of the late William and Helen Hoover Stout.
John attended West Pittston High School and then served his country as a U.S. Army veteran .
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, the former Martina M. Jargenbowski.
He was preceded in death by his brothers William, Richard, and Thomas Stout and a sister Nancy Peck.
Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing which will be held on Thursday 11:00am -1pm at Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
Interment will follow in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Pittston.
