Joseph W. Berulis

Joseph W. Berulis, 74, of Exeter, passed away on Tuesday February 1, 2022 at the Highland Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.

Born in Pittston, he was the son of the late Joseph J. and Agnes Yakalavich Berulis.

Joseph was a 1968 graduate of Wyoming Area School District and then served his country in the United States Marines.

He had worked for Consolidated Cigar Co., West Pittston and then in the sanitation department for Exeter Boro.

Surviving are his sisters LuAnn and her husband Denis Staab, Coppell, Texas,. Patricia and her husband Louis Stoltz, Myrtle Beach, S.C., , Mary Bunoski, Exeter and Elizabeth Jane Matuza, Wilkes-Barre, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be on Saturday at 9:30am in St. Barbara Parish at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 224 Memorial St., Exeter.  The Rev. Joseph Sibilano, O.S.J., will be celebrant.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the church  from 8:30 until time of Mass.

Interment will be in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Pittston.
