Lena Mascagni

Lena Mascagni, 105, formerly of West Pittston, passed away on Sunday September 29, 2019 at the Ascension St. John Hospital, Detroit, Michigan.

Born in West Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Alberto and Elvira Cecconi Mascagni.

She attended West Pittston Schools and  had worked in the garment industry and Consolidated Cigar for 10 years and General Cigar for 9 years..

She was preceded in death by her sisters Jenny Mascagni and brothers Louis and Margarino Mascagni.

Surviving are her niece, Cheryl Hammons, and 2 nephews, Albert and his wife Kathy and Lewis.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

Funeral services will be Friday at 10am from the funeral home with the Pastor Jack Rehill, Back Mountain Harvest Assembly of God Church, Trucksville.


Interment will follow in the West Pittston Cemetery.
