Margaret E. Maryovich

Margaret E. Maryovich, 89, of Exeter, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Highland Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Exeter.

Born on April 21, 1935, in Exeter, Margaret was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Ferenchick Maryovich.

Margaret was a member of the former St. John the Baptist Church, Exeter, before its closure and then St. Anthony's Church, Exeter.

Prior to her retirement, Margaret had worked in the garment industry first at Drury Clothing, then Star Stitching and lastly Caribe Manufacturing, West Pittston. She held membership with the International Ladies Garment Workers Union.

Preceding her in death were her siblings, Emily Stabinsky, Mary ( Mimi) Trioano, George,Thomas and Joseph, Sr. Maryovich.

She is survived by her nephew, Joseph; and nieces, Michele Maryovich, Exeter and Barbara Lumley, West Pittston; as well as numerous other nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Avenue, Exeter. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00 AM from the funeral home, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:30 AM in Corpus Christi Parish, Saint Anthony of Padua Church, 224 Memorial Street, Exeter.

Interment will follow in Saint John the Baptist Cemetery, Schooley Street, Exeter.
