Margaret L. (Ruff) Tanona

It is with deep profound sadness, that after a long and courageous fight, the family of Margaret L. Tanona announces her passing on Monday May 24th, 2021, at her home in Kingston PA, surrounded by her loving family.

Born April 15th, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Oella Albeitz Ruff.

Margaret’s greatest joys in life were spending time with her family and beloved dogs Diesel & Bella and spending time outside gardening

Left to mourn Margaret’s untimely passing are her 3 children whom she adored. Daughter Helena and her fiancé Maurice Mastroff, Son Zachary and his wife Stephanie, and son Damon and his wife Kaitlyn as well as 2 grandsons who were the light of her life James Long, and Kash Tanona. She also leaves behind her loving companion of 30 years David O Williams, a sister Mary Rentschler and numerous nieces and nephews.

A special acknowledgement and thanks to her work family, especially her boss Mark Rubando, at Giant Floor and Wall for their endless support and care.

The family would also like to extend their sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Dr Myles Nikolich and the entire team at Hershey Medical Cancer Center, and to the staff at Dr Greenwald’s office for their compassionate loving care shown to Margaret over the last 18 months.

In honoring Margaret’s wishes she will be cremated, there will not be a formal service.
