Maribel S. Hoover, 42. of Pittston, passed away on Tuesday September 29, at home.
Born in Pampanga, Philipines, she was the daughter of Efipanio and Consolacion Mallari Santos.
Surviving are her husband of 8 years, Matthew and children and a grandson Liam.
