Marion H. Pocceschi, 90, of West Wyoming and West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on June 2, 2021 at the Allied Services Hospice, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Exeter, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Koscelansky Kostisock.
Marion was a 1949 graduate of Exeter High School and was a member of St. Monica's Parish, West Wyoming.
Prior to her retirement, she had worked in the garment industry and also worked as a tax preparer for the H & R Block Co.
She was as member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and the Christian Society of St. Monica's Parish and a member of the Wyoming/West Wyoming Senior Citizens Club.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Arthur in 2006 and sisters Florence Maffei and Anna Marie Casterline and an infant brother Richard.
Surviving are her children: Donna Pocceschi, West Wyoming, Michael and his wife Glenna Pocceschi, Exeter, and John and his wife Donna W. Pocceschi, Yardley. Grandchildren: Michael and his wife Chrissie, Phoenixville, Pa and Bryan and his wife Bethany, Doylestown, Pa. and Nicholas Pocceschi, Phila. and Ashely Pocceschi, Yardley along with 5 great grandchildren.
Also surviving are a sister Theresa Alexander, Jenkins Twp.
Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday from 4-7pm at the Gubbiotti Funeral Home, LLC, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.
A Mass of Christian burial will be on Monday at 10am at St. Monica's Parish with the Rev. Peter Tomczak, pastor, as celebrant.
All those attending the funeral are asked to go directly to the church on Monday morning.
